Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rawalpindi for an Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Manager. The ERP Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of enterprise resource planning systems across business operations. Daily tasks include analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, managing ERP projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless system integration. The role involves ensuring efficient resource allocation and supporting organizational goals through tailored ERP solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and expertise in Business Process Improvement.
  • Strong understanding of Business Processes and the ability to develop optimized workflows.
  • Effective Project Management skills with the ability to oversee the successful implementation of ERP projects.
  • Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities to assess and resolve system-related challenges.
  • Proven communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
  • Experience in real estate or construction industries is advantageous but not mandatory.
