Project Manager (Client-Facing)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to lead client-facing projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams. You'll act as the bridge between clients and internal teams—ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely execution.

Fluency in
English
is essential for this role.
Arabic proficiency
will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, proactive communication throughout all stages of the project. Translate client needs into actionable plans and maintain high satisfaction levels.

  • Project Planning & Delivery:

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

  • Team Coordination:

Collaborate with multi-functional teams across design, development, marketing, and operations to drive project success and maintain alignment with business objectives.

  • Scope & Change Management:

Manage project scope, assess change requests, and facilitate decision-making to ensure project objectives remain achievable.

  • Risk & Issue Management:

Identify potential risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and maintain transparency with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Quality & Reporting:

Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and provide regular updates, reports, and post-project reviews to clients and leadership.

  • Continuous Improvement:

Contribute to refining project management processes and communication workflows to enhance efficiency and client experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years
    of proven experience in
    project management
    , preferably in a
    client-facing or agency environment
    .
  • Excellent
    English communication skills
    —both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities with the confidence to manage clients directly.
  • Experience leading
    cross-functional teams
    and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with
    project management tools
    (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Microsoft Project).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • PMP or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
  • Arabic language skills
    will be considered an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

  • Experience in
    consulting, marketing, or technology-driven environments
    .
  • Understanding of
    Agile or hybrid project management frameworks
    .
  • Demonstrated ability to balance client expectations with internal capabilities.
