Accelerator Manager

The role of manager startup accelerator is to support and guide early-stage companies

graduated from incubation and NIC program, through their growth and investment journey. This

position involves a combination of strategic planning, business development, and investor

relations.

Startup Selection and Due Diligence

The Acceleration and Investment Manager plays a key role in identifying and selecting promising

startups to participate in the accelerator program. They conduct thorough due diligence on

potential candidates, assessing their business models, scalability, and market potential.

Startup Selection

The manager participates in the screening and selection process of startup applicants for the

accelerator program. They assess the viability, potential, and alignment of startups with the

accelerators goals and investment criteria.

Program Management

Once the startups are accepted into the accelerator, the manager oversees their progress

throughout the program. They work closely with each startup to develop customized growth

strategies, set milestones, and provide guidance on various aspects of their business, including
