Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Packaging Supervisor to oversee the packaging operations in our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing packaging materials, and ensuring efficient packaging operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Packaging Operations:

2. Supervise and coordinate packaging activities to ensure timely and efficient completion.

3. Ensure packaging materials meet quality and regulatory standards.

4. Ledger Maintenance:

5. Maintain accurate records of packaging materials, including receipts, issues, and stock levels.

6. Ensure timely and accurate data entry in the inventory management system.

7. Packaging Material Management:

8. Manage inventory of packaging materials, including packing and printing materials.

9. Ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.

10. Quality Control:

11. Conduct regular checks to ensure packaging materials meet quality standards.

12. Identify and report any defects or discrepancies.

13. Team Management:

14. Supervise and train packaging team members.

15. Ensure team members follow standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration)

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a packaging or warehouse supervisory role

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office
