Our business thrives on data-driven decision-making, from managing high-volume online sales to ensuring efficient inventory control. We are expanding our team and looking for a Data Analyst who can transform data into actionable insights that fuel growth, manage risk, and maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze sales, advertising, and inventory data from Amazon, Google, and internal systems.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (sales, ad spend, ROAS, inventory levels, returns, etc.).
  • Analyze growth data and risk data to identify opportunities, challenges, and the right actions to take.
  • Conduct market and trend analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Recommend data-driven actions that drive growth and minimize business risks.
  • Partner with operations and marketing teams to forecast demand, improve campaign efficiency, and manage stock levels.
  • Ensure data accuracy across platforms and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst (preferably in e-commerce, Amazon/Google Ads, or inventory management).
  • Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce metrics, inventory management processes, and digital advertising performance.
  • Ability to evaluate growth opportunities, assess risks, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: Rs95, Rs150,000.00 per month
