Full Stack Software Engineer
to help one of our portfolio companies scale and deliver world-class digital products.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who loves building high-performance applications, solving complex problems, and working end-to-end across the stack. You'll join a fast-moving team that values execution, collaboration, and technical excellence.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a strong full stack engineer with a solid foundation in modern web technologies and a product-oriented mindset. You've built and shipped production-grade applications, care deeply about clean architecture and scalability, and enjoy working in fast-paced, high-ownership startup environments. Experience or interest in AI-powered applications is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain full stack applications with clean, maintainable code
- Collaborate with product, design, and AI/ML teams to ship high-impact features
- Develop scalable APIs and backend services (REST, GraphQL, or similar)
- Build intuitive, responsive front-end interfaces using modern frameworks
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Ensure performance, reliability, and security across the stack
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply best practices to improve development workflows
- (Nice to have) Integrate or experiment with AI/ML models or APIs to enhance product functionality
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience as a full stack or backend engineer
- Strong coding skills in JavaScript/TypeScript (React, , , or similar) and/or Python
- Experience with frameworks such as Express, Django, or FastAPI
- Familiarity with modern frontend libraries (React, Vue, Angular, etc.)
- Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
- Experience building and deploying production-grade applications
- (Nice to have) Exposure to AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) or LLM APIs
- Ability to work onsite with a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, startup environment
