Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled
Senior Performance Marketer
with proven expertise in
Google Ads
and
Facebook Ads
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize high-budget campaigns across
    Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
    and
    Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    .
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword planning to improve targeting and campaign efficiency.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate detailed performance reports.
  • Develop A/B testing strategies to continuously improve ad creatives, targeting, and bidding.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensure consistent performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    3+ years
    of hands-on experience in managing
    Google Ads
    and
    Facebook Ads
    campaigns.
  • Proven track record of achieving KPIs and driving business growth through paid media.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tracking tools.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
