Position: WordPress Specialist (WPBakery + Product Management + Optimization)

Location: Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Specialist with strong experience in WPBakery editor, product listing, and site optimization to manage and improve our websites. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining site speed, handling product uploads, and managing technical updates.

This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in both front-end and back-end WordPress management.

Key Responsibilities

  • WPBakery Editor Management – Update, edit, and design pages across our websites using WPBakery.
  • Product Uploads & Listings – Create, update, and manage product pages with accuracy and consistency.
  • Website Speed Optimization – Improve loading speed, optimize images, manage caching/CDN, and perform daily performance monitoring.
  • Checkout & Website Health Monitoring – Review checkout flows, test functionality, and ensure there are no broken pages or errors across our main websites.
  • Plugin Management & Development – Install, configure, and customize plugins as needed (including troubleshooting and security updates).
  • Homepage & Content Updates – Design, refresh, and maintain homepages and landing pages for marketing campaigns and brand updates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with WordPress & WPBakery Page Builder.
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress plugins, theme customization, and development.
  • Experience with WooCommerce product uploads and eCommerce functionality.
  • Familiarity with website performance optimization tools (PageSpeed Insights, GTMetrix, etc.).
  • Ability to troubleshoot broken pages, checkout issues, and plugin conflicts.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS/PHP
