*Job Description:*
We're seeking an experienced and skilled Real Estate Photo Editor to join our team on-site. As a Photo Editor, you'll lead the editing and enhancement of real estate photos to make them visually appealing and market-ready.
*Responsibilities:*
Edit and enhance real estate photos using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
Apply advanced color correction, exposure adjustments, and noise reduction
Remove distractions, blemishes, and unwanted objects from photos
Develop and maintain our company's style guide and editing standards
Collaborate with our team of photographers, designers, and project managers
Train and mentor junior photo editors
Meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality edited photos
*Requirements:*
2+ years of experience in photo editing, preferably in real estate or a related field
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
Excellent attention to detail and understanding of color theory and composition
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in photography, design, or a related field preferred
