Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Service Advisor. The Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing customer-focused service. Daily tasks include managing customer appointments, providing clear communication to customers about service processes, handling aftersales queries, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Service Advisor will be a critical point of contact between the customers and service departments.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in Aftersales services
  • Ability to work effectively on-site
  • Previous experience in automotive services is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are advantageous
