Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Machine Learning Engineer. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions with a focus on intelligent agents. Daily tasks include building and optimizing machine learning models, working with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, and applying advanced pattern recognition techniques. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into real-world applications, driving automation and personalization for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

*  Design, develop, and train machine learning models for various applications.

*  Build, fine-tune, and deploy intelligent AI agents.

*  Implement and optimize RAG systems for enhanced information retrieval and generation.

*  Apply statistical methods and neural networks to solve complex problems.

*  Conduct research and experiments to improve the performance of existing AI systems.

*  Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production environments.

Qualifications

*  1-3 years of professional experience in a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar role.

*  Professional English fluency (both written and verbal) is mandatory for collaboration with a global team.

*  Hands-on experience with the development and deployment of AI agents.

*  Practical knowledge of building and optimizing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.

*  Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LlamaIndex).

*  Solid foundation in computer science, algorithms, statistics, and machine learning principles.

*  Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.

*  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
