We are expanding our team and looking for a
Digital Marketing Expert
who can manage
Social Media, SEO, and Google Ads
for international clients.

Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing (SMM):

  • Create and execute monthly social media strategies
  • Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok
  • Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads Manager)
  • Plan content calendars and work with designers
  • Optimize for engagement, reach, and conversions
  • Analyze weekly performance reports

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

  • Keyword research & competitor analysis
  • On-page optimization (meta tags, headings, content updates)
  • Off-page SEO & link-building strategies
  • Technical SEO (site health, speed, indexing)
  • Google Search Console & Google Analytics reporting

Google Ads (PPC):

  • Create & optimize Google Search, Display, Remarketing campaigns
  • Improve Quality Score & CTR
  • Keyword bidding strategy
  • Conversion tracking setup
  • Weekly performance optimization

Required Tools & Skills

Social Media + Content Tools:

  • Meta Business Suite
  • Canva / Figma (basic design knowledge)
  • Social scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)

SEO Tools:

  • SEMrush or Ahrefs
  • Google Search Console
  • Moz / Ubersuggest
  • Screaming Frog (optional but preferred)

Analytics Tools:

  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Data Studio (Looker Studio)

Google Ads & PPC Tools:

  • Google Ads Manager
  • Keyword Planner
  • PPC optimization tools

General Skills:

  • Excellent English communication
  • Understanding of US-based markets
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns
  • Strong reporting and analytical mindset

Preferred Experience

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing
  • Experience working with U.S. or international clients
  • Agency background is a big plus
  • Ability to work with KPIs and performance dashboards
  • Experience with lead-generation funnels is a plus
