Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented IPM Supervisor to oversee pest management activities across our food manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with food safety standards, monitor pest control programs, and coordinate with external service providers to maintain a pest-free production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and maintain the Integrated Pest Management (IPM) plan for the facility.

· Conduct routine inspections in production, storage, and utility areas to detect pest activity.

· Supervise and guide pest control staff or contractors to ensure timely and effective treatment.

· Maintain accurate records of pest control activities, inspections, and corrective actions.

· Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams for preventive measures.

· Train staff on basic pest prevention practices and hygiene.

· Prepare monthly pest activity reports for management review.

· Monitor and manage usage of pest control chemicals and equipment.

· Lead investigations in case of pest incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Entomology, Zoology, Environmental Science.

· 1–2 years of relevant experience in pest management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.

· Knowledge of food safety regulations and pest control procedures.

· Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.

· Ability to supervise a team and coordinate with multiple departments.
