We are a fast-growing eCommerce company looking for a results-driven Google Ads & SEO Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:


• Plan, create, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Performance Max).


• Create and manage Google Merchant Center accounts.


• Launch and scale campaigns in new markets (countries) using Google Ads.


• Conduct in-depth keyword research and optimize ad targeting for maximum conversions.


• Manage SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and local SEO.


• Perform detailed website audits to identify SEO issues and implement fixes.


• Optimize website structure, meta tags, headings, schema markup, and internal linking for improved rankings.


• Develop and implement advanced backlink and outreach strategies to increase domain authority.


• Conduct content audits and collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly copy and blogs.


• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and other relevant tools.


• Track keyword rankings and make continuous improvements to maintain top positions.


• Conduct competitor and SERP analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.


• Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices to keep the brand ahead.


• Create detailed reports on campaign performance and suggest improvement strategies.

Requirements:


• Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with a track record of strong ROI.


• Strong understanding of SEO principles, advanced keyword research, link-building strategies, and content optimization.


• Hands-on experience with technical SEO, site speed optimization, mobile-first indexing, and Core Web Vitals improvements.


• Experience with Google Merchant Center and Performance Max campaigns.


• Ability to launch and manage campaigns in international markets.


• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.


• Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO fixes is a plus.


• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.


• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
