Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role at HBK Hypermarket in Peshawar. The role involves managing daily store operations, maintaining inventory, assisting customers to ensure excellent service, and overseeing the presentation of products. Responsibilities include collaborating with team members to support store efficiency, handling customer queries or concerns, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Additional tasks may involve supporting promotional activities and contributing towards achieving sales targets.

• Customer service and communication skills to assist customers and address inquiries effectively.
• Inventory management and organizational skills to ensure stock levels are maintained and products are well-arranged.
• Problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills to resolve issues efficiently and maintain service quality.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the store.
• Familiarity with retail operations and sales environment experience is a plus.
• Basic computer literacy for managing records and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, as required.
• Fluency in local languages, and English proficiency is an advantage.
