Branch Manager – Retail Store (Karachi)

Job Purpose:

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales performance, managing staff, and maintaining smooth store operations. The role requires leadership, operational efficiency, and a strong focus on achieving business targets while upholding company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Implement strategies to maximize revenue and store profitability.
  • Analyze sales performance and suggest improvement measures.
  • Operations Management:
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the store.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and minimize losses.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs, and retail standards.
  • Manage store expenses and ensure cost control.
  • Customer Service:
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience at all times.
  • Handle customer complaints, queries, and feedback effectively.
  • Build long-term customer relationships to strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Team Leadership & Staff Management:
  • Recruit, train, and develop store staff.
  • Schedule shifts, assign duties, and monitor staff performance.
  • Motivate and mentor the team to deliver high productivity and service standards.
  • Reporting & Coordination:
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Coordinate with head office for promotions, new launches, and operational requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail/store management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems is a must.

  • Location: Karachi
  • Address: DHA Phase 8, Murtaza Commercial Lane 1, Karachi.
  • Work Hours: full-time, weekends as required
