Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive visual brand identity across all platforms and materials.
  • Create engaging marketing materials including brochures, social media graphics, and digital content.
  • Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and program teams to articulate design needs and effectively address them.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their professional growth and creativity.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and design tools to incorporate new techniques into our projects.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Build full brand identities from scratch

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma) and other design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work and successful branding projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts.
  • Experience in leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
