We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Embroidery Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embroidery design, pattern creation, and working with embroidery software and machines. This role requires creativity, precision, and a keen eye for detail to produce high-quality embroidery designs for a variety of fabrics and styles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create original embroidery designs, motifs, and patterns for apparel, accessories, and home textiles.
  • Convert designs into machine-readable embroidery files (digitizing) using software like Wilcom, Tajima DG, or similar.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure design accuracy and quality.
  • Suggest color palettes, thread types, and techniques based on client/project requirements.
  • Conduct sampling and testing to ensure final output meets brand standards.
  • Stay updated on embroidery trends, techniques, and innovations.
  • Maintain an organized digital library of embroidery designs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Embroidery Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in embroidery digitizing software (Wilcom, Tajima, or equivalent).
  • Strong artistic skills in pattern design and color coordination.
  • Knowledge of various embroidery techniques (appliqué, monogramming, 3D puff, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience (Fresh candidates with strong portfolios may also apply).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with industrial embroidery machines.
  • Knowledge of trend forecasting and fashion market requirements.
