Media Buying Associate – Paid Search & Social Facebook & Google Ads (Remote Contract)

We are looking for a
Media Buying Associate
to manage and optimize paid campaigns across
Google Ads and Facebook (Meta) Ads
. This is a
remote contract opportunity
, offering flexibility and the chance to work on impactful projects while driving measurable results in performance marketing.

In this role, you will be directly responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns, ensuring they deliver high-quality leads, conversions, and strong ROI. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and manage advertising campaigns on
    Google Ads
    and
    Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    .
  • Optimize campaigns to meet performance goals (CTR, CPA, ROAS).
  • Conduct
    keyword research
    , audience targeting, and segmentation for maximum efficiency.
  • Track and analyze performance using
    Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite
    .
  • Run
    A/B tests
    on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to boost campaign results.
  • Manage monthly advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Generate clear performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Ensure campaigns follow
    industry standards, platform policies, and data privacy regulations
    .
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices in paid media.

Your Profile

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing
    Google Ads & Facebook Ads campaigns
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    performance marketing, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation
    .
  • Proficiency with
    Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager
    , and campaign tracking tools.
  • Strong
    analytical and problem-solving skills
    with attention to detail.
  • Basic ad copywriting and creative testing skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns within deadlines.
