We are looking for a
Senior DevOps Engineer

who not only brings deep technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and automation but also excels in
clear and proactive communication

. This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between engineering, QA, product, and support teams, ensuring seamless collaboration, smooth deployments, and a strong DevOps culture across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, and Docker.
  • Lead and manage CI/CD pipeline development and optimization (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to understand project requirements and provide infrastructure solutions.
  • Drive incident response and root cause analysis with clarity, transparency, and follow-through.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation of systems, processes, and deployment runbooks.
  • Implement DevSecOps best practices: integrate security into CI/CD workflows.
  • Mentor junior DevOps engineers and promote DevOps best practices across teams.
  • Communicate technical ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a DevOps/Site Reliability Engineering role.
  • Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Deep understanding of container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS).
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain complex ideas in a clear, concise, and engaging way.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to Have:

  • Certifications (e.g. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA).
  • Experience with security tools and practices (e.g., IAM, Secrets Management).
  • Prior leadership or mentoring experience.
