We are looking for a Game Mathematician
to take ownership of the mathematical modeling and certification readiness of the games we distribute. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on probability, statistics, and ensuring fairness in regulated gaming markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate mathematical models for new and existing games.
• Calculate RTP, volatility, payouts, and other key performance metrics.
• Simulate gameplay scenarios to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze RNGs and gaming equipment to guarantee statistical fairness.
• Prepare documentation for certification and regulatory audits.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to optimize game balance.
• Assess risk exposure and recommend betting limits based on business goals.

Requirements

• Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years in data-heavy roles, with at least 1 year in mathematical modeling (experience in iGaming or finance/statistics preferred).
• Strong knowledge of probability theory and applied statistics.
• Proficiency in C-like languages (C# preferred); SQL, Python, R, or VBA are a strong plus.
• Excellent written communication, particularly for documentation and certification.
• English (B2+); Russian (B2+) preferred.
