iae GLOBAL Pakistan is expanding our counseling team and we're looking for a passionate, experienced, and student-focused Senior Education Counselor to join our Islamabad or Lahore office.

Both Male and Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

This role is ideal for someone who understands international admissions deeply, enjoys guiding students and parents, and can provide honest, high-quality advice with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one counseling to students and parents for the UK, Australia, Canada, USA, New Zealand, Europe, and Malaysia.
  • Assist students with program selection, university options, scholarships, and career pathways.
  • Manage the entire admissions process — applications, documentation, SOP guidance, offer follow-up, and visa readiness.
  • Conduct student assessments to match programs based on academic background and career goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partner universities and stay updated on intakes, requirements, and policies.
  • Participate in seminars, school visits, open days, and recruitment events as required.
  • Train junior counselors and support team activities.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in student counseling or international education.
  • Strong knowledge of at least two major destinations (UK / Australia / Canada preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Urdu.
  • Ability to guide students and parents with empathy and professionalism.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, email communication, and application portals.
  • Foreign education background or certifications (QEAC / British Council / ICEF / AIRC) will be an advantage.
