We are looking for a driven and confident professional to join our team as a Lead Generation & Cold Calling Specialist. Role Overview: The Lead Generation & Cold Calling Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact via phone, introducing our services, and setting up qualified appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport quickly. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound cold calls to potential leads from targeted lists. Present our company's value proposition in a clear and engaging manner. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM. Follow up with warm leads and nurture relationships until they are ready to engage. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets. Requirements: Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or cold calling. Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle objections professionally and persistently. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
