We're looking for a detail-oriented and curious Technical Writer with at least one year of hands-on experience to join our on-site team. If you enjoy transforming complex ideas into clear, user-friendly documentation—and collaborating closely with engineers, product teams, and designers—this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain clear, concise technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, release notes, and FAQs.
  • Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to understand product features and workflows.
  • Edit and update existing documents for accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
  • Organize documentation in a structured, easy-to-navigate format.
  • Participate in product demos and team meetings to stay updated on changes.
  • Ensure all documentation meets internal quality and style standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • One year of experience in technical writing (internships or full-time roles).
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Git, Markdown, Figma, or similar.
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in an on-site, collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs60,000.00 per month
