Shift Timing:
Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

Reporting To:
Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled
Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist
to join our development team. The QA Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of ERP systems, applications, and ongoing development projects. The role involves identifying bugs, performing quality control checks, and collaborating closely with the development team to deliver error-free solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive testing of ERP systems, applications, and development deliverables.
  • Identify, document, and report bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in a clear and structured manner.
  • Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and verify fixes.
  • Conduct regression, functional, and integration testing across multiple projects.
  • Maintain and update QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
  • Ensure development output meets defined quality standards and business requirements.
  • Provide regular QA status updates and reports to the Project Manager.
  • Participate in sprint reviews and support Agile/SDLC processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) as a QA Engineer, QA Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience in testing ERP systems and applications (preferred).
  • Ability to identify, document, and troubleshoot bugs effectively.
  • Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a night shift and within cross-functional teams
