Job Title: Store Keeper

Location: Amin Hayat Memorial Medical Center (AHMMC), Pakki Thatti, Lahore

Position Overview:

Amin Hayat Memorial Medical Center is looking for a Store Incharge to manage and oversee the daily operations of the medical store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock records, ensuring proper storage and issuance of medicines, medical supplies, and consumables, and supporting the smooth functioning of the medical center through effective inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date inventory records of medicines, medical supplies, and equipment.
• Ensure timely issuance and replenishment of stock to different departments.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
• Inspect goods received for quality, quantity, and expiry dates.
• Maintain proper storage conditions and cleanliness in the store area.
• Prepare and submit regular inventory reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with medical center policies and audit requirements.
• Assist in periodic stock verification and audits.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (14 years of education) from a recognized institution.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in store management, preferably in a medical or healthcare setup.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and record management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic inventory software.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs60,000.00 per month
