Job Summary
The CSR Executive will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring efficient customer service, and achieving Customer services and campaign goals. Inbound calls will involve addressing customer queries, providing product information, and resolving issues, while outbound calls will be targeted at running promotional campaigns, surveys, or marketing offers and call back confirmations. This individual will provide high-quality support and communication to customers, demonstrating professionalism and a proactive approach to service delivery.
Inbound Call Handling:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, transaction status, and account related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by providing solutions, continuous follow ups to ensure resolution.
- Update customer records and document details of calls using the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Address inquiries, service interruptions, and product-related concerns, ensuring all queries are handled efficiently.
- Handle escalations when necessary, ensuring prompt resolution or referral to a supervisor.
Outbound Call Campaigns:
- Conduct outbound calls for ongoing campaigns, promotions, and surveys with an emphasis on achieving set targets.
- Engage customers through effective communication to promote products, services, or special offers.
- Track and follow-up on leads or prospects generated through outbound calls.
- Record and maintain call activity data accurately to provide feedback and improve the campaign process.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volumes, sales, and customer satisfaction.
Education:
Bachelors in Business Administration/Financial Accounting/ or equivalent.
Experience
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: Rs40, Rs50,000.00 per month
