We're Hiring: Sr. GC Estimator (General Contractor Estimator)

Location: Lahore (Onsite – Full-Time | Night Shift)

Market Focus: US Construction Industry

We are a fast-growing provider of construction estimation services for the US market and are looking for a skilled GC Estimator to join our team. If you're detail-oriented with a passion for construction drawings and cost estimation, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  • Review drawings, bid documents & specifications
  • Perform material & quantity takeoffs using estimating software
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential, commercial & industrial projects
  • Collaborate with teams to meet client scope & deadlines
  • Support final bid proposals and ensure timely delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
  • 3–5 years in estimation (US market experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar tools
  • Strong knowledge of CSI divisions, construction methods & materials
  • Ability to read architectural, structural & MEP drawings
  • Good communication & analytical skills

Preferred: RSMeans/CostWorks experience, US codes knowledge, multi-project handling
