  • Ensuring secondary targets are met each month, leading to 100% quarterly and annual achievement.
  • Strategizing routes with distribution sales team to cover entire assigned territory.
  • Ensure market credit is kept at a minimum.
  • Plan marketing activities with the distribution sales team.
  • Actively engage with end user of the product to understand issues at ground level.
  • Active reporting of market trends to Area Sales Manager.
