Position: Project Manager – Market Research Services

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to join our Market Research team. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end research project execution, ensuring timely delivery, data accuracy, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and multitasking skills to manage multiple research projects simultaneously.

Location: PECHS Block 6, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Salary Package: PKR 40, ,000 (Depending on the skills)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor market research projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Prepare project timelines, track deliverables, and manage resources effectively.
  • Review data collection processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Analyze project outcomes and support the preparation of final reports and presentations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the market research or analytics industry.
  • Strong understanding of market research methodologies and project workflows.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
