Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle cash transactions with customers and employees accurately.
  • Receive payments and issue receipts, refunds, or change as required.
  • Maintain daily cash collection records and prepare cash summaries.
  • Support in bank deposits and reconciliation of cash balances.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all cash and voucher transactions.
  • Assist in preparing petty cash statements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cash counter.
  • Report any cash discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
  • Follow company policies and financial procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Commerce or Finance).
  • Experience: 0–1 years of experience in cashiering or related field.
  • Skills:
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication and numerical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and cash handling
