Job Description:

  • Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of construction projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to establish project milestones and goals.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze project requirements and constraints to optimize resource allocation and utilization.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying deviations from plans and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, building codes, and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to coordinate the timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the planning team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
