Role Description

This full-time on-site role in Islāmābād, Pakistan, entails managing daily operations and ensuring efficient performance across various departments at Roots International Schools and Colleges. The GM Operations will oversee general management tasks, operations management, customer service, team management, and budgeting. This role requires a strategic mindset to uphold the institution's high standards of education and administration.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in General Management and Operations Management
  • Strong Customer Service and Team Management abilities
  • Experience in Budgeting and financial planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
  • Previous experience in the education sector is an advantage
