About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands user needs, and is able to translate ideas into intuitive and visually engaging digital experiences. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create designs that are both user-friendly and technically feasible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to guide design decisions.
  • Translate business requirements into engaging and functional design solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
  • Maintain design consistency across platforms by updating style guides and design systems.
  • Use analytics and feedback to continuously improve user experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects (web & mobile).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
  • Knowledge of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with motion graphics or micro-interactions.
  • Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React).
  • Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design standards.
