We're currently looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Advisor Warranty / Guarantee Omoda & Jaecoo to join our After-Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with accident-related vehicle repairs.
  • Prepare job cards, estimates, and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Coordinate repair processes between workshop, insurance companies, and customers.
  • Keep customers informed about repair progress and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely completion of work.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (Service Advisor Warranty / Guarantee).
  • Understanding of body repair processes and insurance claims.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with DMS systems and MS Office.
  • Education: Intermediate or Bachelor's preferred.
