5G Healthcare is a leading medical device manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and reliable healthcare solutions. We are currently looking for a skilled and responsible ETO Sterilization Technician
to join our team and ensure the effective sterilization of medical devices while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor Ethylene Oxide (ETO) sterilization equipment.
- Complete sterilization cycles from start to finish
according to SOPs. - Ensure sterilization processes meet quality and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate sterilization records, logs, and batch documentation.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report malfunctions or deviations.
- Handle sterilized products with care and maintain traceability.
- Follow all safety and environmental guidelines when working with ETO.
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate / Diploma (DAE – Chemical, Mechanical, or relevant field preferred).
- Prior experience in ETO sterilization or a healthcare/manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols when handling chemicals.
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts & Over time.
