About Us:

5G Healthcare is a leading medical device manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and reliable healthcare solutions. We are currently looking for a skilled and responsible ETO Sterilization Technician
to join our team and ensure the effective sterilization of medical devices while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor Ethylene Oxide (ETO) sterilization equipment.
  • Complete sterilization cycles from start to finish
    according to SOPs.
  • Ensure sterilization processes meet quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate sterilization records, logs, and batch documentation.
  • Conduct routine equipment checks and report malfunctions or deviations.
  • Handle sterilized products with care and maintain traceability.
  • Follow all safety and environmental guidelines when working with ETO.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate / Diploma (DAE – Chemical, Mechanical, or relevant field preferred).
  • Prior experience in ETO sterilization or a healthcare/manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols when handling chemicals.
  • Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work in a team.
  • Willingness to work in shifts & Over time.
