Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Closer at J.Sons Communications located in Islamabad. The Junior Closer will be responsible for daily tasks such as communicating with potential customers, establishing rapport, handling deal closures, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Junior Closer will work closely with the escrow process and finalize agreements efficiently.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills for customer interaction and rapport building
• Proficiency in Deal Closure, completing deals efficiently and effectively
• Customer Service skills to provide high-quality service to clients
• Experience with Escrow processes
• Strong team collaboration skills and ability to work on-site in Islamabad
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Previous experience in a similar role or relevant field is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is an advantage
