Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visual Communication Designer based in Lahore. we are looking for a designer who can turn ideas into crisp, memorable visuals across illustration and animation. . You'll take loose concepts and refine them into strong creative directions, ensuring the idea is clear, the message is sharp, and the execution is thoughtful and aesthetically strong. This is a hands-on role: your primary focus will be creating and delivering high-quality visual outputs, not managing a team.

Responsibilities


•⁠ ⁠Concept development: explore, iterate, and refine ideas into compelling creative directions aligned with the brief and audience insight.


•⁠ ⁠Create original illustrations and animations (both frame-by-frame and motion graphics) for campaigns, products, and brand assets.


•⁠ ⁠Collaborate closely with writers, strategists, developers, and producers to ship cohesive, high-quality work.


•⁠ ⁠Contribute to brainstorming, rapid prototyping, and creative reviews with clear rationale for design decisions.


•⁠ ⁠Design across formats: social media, web, product screens, print, presentations, and short-form motion.

Qualifications


•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.


•⁠ ⁠2–4 years of professional experience (exceptional portfolios may offset fewer years).


•⁠ ⁠Strong portfolio showcasing illustration, motion/animation, and polished visual communication.


•⁠ ⁠Solid understanding of visual storytelling, character design, timing/easing, and animation principles.


•⁠ ⁠Excellent attention to detail and a sharp design eye.


•⁠ ⁠Strong communication skills and ability to present creative rationale clearly.


•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with UI/UX design (or strong willingness to learn)
