Position Overview:

We are looking for a 
creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer
 with at least 4 years of professional experience in branding, digital design, and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to create compelling visuals that enhance brand identity, engage audiences, and drive business goals.

This role requires strong design fundamentals, proficiency in industry-standard tools, and the ability to balance creativity with brand consistency across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, web banners, email templates, brochures, infographics, and presentation decks.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns that align with brand objectives.
  • Design and maintain visual assets for company websites, landing pages, and advertisements.
  • Ensure consistency in brand guidelines, typography, color schemes, and visual tone across all platforms.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, events, and brand activations.
  • Adapt designs for various channels (web, mobile, print, and motion graphics) while ensuring visual impact and clarity.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance creative output.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors, printers, and agencies when needed for design production or printing tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 
    4 years of professional design experience
     in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience creating both static and motion-based content for digital platforms.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs, work independently, and deliver innovative visual solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in UI/UX design or web graphics.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing and animation tools.
  • Familiarity with brand strategy and marketing campaign design.
  • Understanding of digital advertising formats (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
