Web Research Agent & Data Entry Operator / Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Web Research & Data Entry/Lead Generation Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching targeted information online, organizing data in spreadsheets and generating qualified leads that help drive business growth. This role requires accuracy, strong internet research skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key ResponsibilitiesWeb Research

Conduct detailed online research to gather information on companies, industries, competitors, and market trends.

Verify and validate data from multiple online sources.

Extract relevant information such as emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, company data, product details, etc.

Stay updated on new research tools, databases, and techniques.

Data Entry

Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets.

Clean and format raw data to ensure quality and consistency.

Organize large datasets into easy-to-understand structures.

Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data.

Lead Generation

Identify potential leads based on target industry, job titles, location, or other criteria.

Build prospect lists using online platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, company websites, and business directories.

Qualify leads by verifying contact details and company information.

Support outbound marketing campaigns by providing accurate lead lists.

Requirements

Proven experience in web research, data entry, or lead generation (preferred).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent internet research skills.

Proficiency with Google Sheets, MS Excel.

Familiarity with lead-generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , ZoomInfo) is a plus.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Good communication skills in English.

Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of data scraping tools or browser extensions.

Experience in B2B lead generation.

Basic understanding of sales and marketing workflows.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
