About the Role

We are looking for a passionate
Senior Developer
to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance front-end applications. You'll play a key role in architecting reusable components, optimizing user experiences, and mentoring junior developers while ensuring best practices in performance, security, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design & development of complex front-end applications using
  • Architect reusable UI components, state management strategies (Redux, Zustand, Recoil), and design systems.
  • Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
  • Expertise in state management (Redux, Context API).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and UI libraries (TailwindCSS, Material UI, Styled Components).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Agile methodologies.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with for SSR/SSG.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
  • Exposure to micro-frontends and large-scale front-end architectures.
