This is a technical role within Data Privacy & Compliance team. As a Data Privacy Analyst, you will gain hands-on experience in applying technology, automation, and AI to data privacy, compliance, and governance. You will work closely with legal, technology, and business teams to implement automated workflows, optimize privacy processes, and monitor compliance metrics.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

• Assist in workflow automation for Websourcing and other privacy-related processes, including process mapping, documentation, and optimization.
• Support Data Retention and Record Retention projects, leveraging automation tools to streamline tracking and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI, RPA, and other automation technologies within privacy and compliance workflows.
• Assist in reviewing, documenting, and automating Data Privacy Assessments to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to track privacy metrics and compliance KPIs.
• Contribute to building a centralized inventory of AI activities to ensure privacy compliance across emerging technologies.
• Support privacy managers in technical projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies, including task automation and process monitoring.
• Document workflows, create standard operating procedures, and help implement automated privacy controls.
