Role

Help build and integrate voice bots and real-time communications features into our customer-experience platform. You'll ship small, scoped features with mentorship from senior engineers.

What you'll do

  • Leverage artificial intelligence for prototyping and integrating AI engines like Automatic Speech Recognition and/or Text to Speech for Voice Bots using local models.
  • Contribute to Voice over IP components.
  • Build/consume REST APIs for backend services; write clean docs and sample apps.
  • Deploy, test, and troubleshoot on Linux; add basic metrics and automated tests.

What you bring

  • Final-year or recent grad in CS/EE (or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with Python or Java, Git, and Linux basics. Strong OOP and DSA concepts.
  • Basic networking fundamentals (IP Networking, NAT, DNS) and eagerness to learn VoIP
  • Clear written/spoken communication and collaborative problem-solving.

Nice to have (bonus)

  • Any exposure to Session Initiation Protocol and Web Real Time Communication, FreeSWITCH/OpenSIPS/Asterisk, or Janus/Jambonz.
  • Basics of containers (Docker), SQL/NoSQL, and auth (OAuth2/Keycloak).
  • Hands-on with any LLM SDKs or NLU tools (LangChain, DialogFlow, LLMs, etc.,).
