Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in website designing and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality website layouts, UI components, and visual assets for web and mobile.
  • Produce wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes (Figma/Adobe XD).
  • Convert designs into responsive, accessible HTML/CSS (and collaborate with developers for JS/WordPress implementation).
  • Create & optimize images, icons, and graphics for fast-loading websites.
  • Apply UX best practices: information architecture, user flows, and usability testing feedback.
  • Ensure designs follow brand guidelines (green & yellow color palette) and maintain visual consistency.
  • Work with the SEO/Marketing team to design pages optimized for conversions.
  • Participate in design reviews and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong portfolio of web design projects (links required).
  • Expert in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and/or Adobe Illustrator.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design and modern web UI patterns.
  • Good knowledge of HTML and CSS; basic JavaScript familiarity is a plus.
  • Experience designing for WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred.
  • Awareness of accessibility (WCAG basics) and performance-conscious design.
  • Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team.

Preferred / Nice-to-have

  • Experience creating custom WordPress themes or page-builder expertise.
  • Basic PHP knowledge (helps when collaborating with developers).
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and CRO (conversion rate optimization).
  • Motion/UI micro-interaction design experience.
