Job Description:

Business Development:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hardware infrastructure (Server, Storage, Tape Library, and Hardware SLA) segment.
  • Generate new sales leads
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of services.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and solution to prospective clients.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in server and storage technologies.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and provide holistic solutions.

Other:

  • Strong knowledge of hardware products, solutions, and technologies, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close deals.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving targets and delivering exceptional sales performance in a competitive environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with a customer-centric approach and a focus on driving customer satisfaction.

Job Details:

Experience: 1+ years

Work Timings : 09:00 am to 5:30 pm

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Location: Karachi, Pakistan
