Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in creating eye-catching thumbnails for our videos and assisting our video editors with graphic elements. The candidate will have a strong design portfolio, experience in digital content creation, and a keen understanding of what makes a compelling thumbnail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing and click-worthy thumbnails for videos.
  • Collaborate with content creators to understand the video's context and highlight key thumbnail elements.
  • Design and create graphic elements, overlays, lower thirds, and other visual assets to enhance video content.
  • Work closely with video editors to integrate graphics seamlessly into videos.
  • Ensure all graphic elements align with the overall brand and video narrative.
  • Maintain and develop the visual style of the channel and other digital platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in all visual aspects, including color schemes, typography, and design elements.
  • Update and refresh graphic templates as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in digital media or social media content creation.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing various design skills, including thumbnail creation and video graphics.
  • Proficient in graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
