Job Title: CV Sourcer
Industry: UK-Based Healthcare Recruitment Company
Location: DHA Phase 4, Lahore
Timings: 1 PM to 10 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen CVs from various job boards including Reed, CV Library, and Total-job.
Identify and attract suitable candidates for healthcare positions in the UK.
Maintain an organized database of potential candidates.
Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand specific job requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality CVs to meet recruitment deadlines.
Utilize Boolean search techniques to enhance sourcing efficiency.
Keep abreast of the latest sourcing strategies and tools.
Requirements:
Up to 1 year of experience in CV sourcing using Reed, CV Library, and Total-job.
Strong understanding of the healthcare recruitment process.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
