Devsinc is looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent that aligns with our company culture and values. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective strategies to meet their needs. Your ability to engage and maintain relationships with potential candidates will be key in building a strong talent pipeline.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2 years in technical recruitment, preferably in IT roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create clear job descriptions for various roles
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals;
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates;
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit;
  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of interviews between candidates and hiring managers;
  • Offer support in the onboarding process for new hires;
  • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting;
  • Build and nurture relationships with candidates to enhance the overall candidate experience;
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive practices in talent acquisition;
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote Devsinc as an employer of choice
