Role Overview:

We're looking for a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Expert with proven B2B experience to develop, launch, and manage our affiliate program. Your role will be to attract and onboard partners who can promote HireGPT to businesses, HR firms, and recruitment agencies, driving conversions through high-performing affiliate channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and scale HireGPT's affiliate marketing program from the ground up.
  • Identify and recruit affiliates with access to B2B audiences.
  • Develop partnerships and campaigns that drive leads and sales.
  • Optimize performance, monitor conversions, and manage payouts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to align strategies.
  • Ensure all affiliate activities comply with brand and legal guidelines.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Demonstrated success running B2B affiliate programs.
  • Familiarity with popular affiliate networks such as Impact, PartnerStack, ShareASale, CJ, Rakuten, and Awin, and experience leveraging them for B2B or SaaS lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of performance-based marketing and attribution.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign analytics and reporting tools.
