MetaCare is a fast-growing medical billing and revenue cycle management company. We have been successfully operating in Lahore for over 1.5 years and are now expanding into Karachi.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Medical Coder with a strong understanding of HCC Risk Adjustment Coding. This role is remote for now, but will transition to on-site once our Karachi office is set up.

Responsibilities


• Review and analyze medical records for accurate ICD-10-CM coding


• Perform HCC Risk Adjustment Coding in line with CMS guidelines


• Ensure compliance with coding standards, policies, and regulations


• Collaborate with billing teams to minimize claim denials and errors


• Stay updated on coding guidelines and risk adjustment requirements

Requirements


• Minimum 2 year of medical coding experience


• Hands-on knowledge of HCC Risk Adjustment Coding


• Relevant certification (CPC, CRC, CCS, or equivalent) preferred


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Based in Karachi (remote initially, later on-site)
